Ron English and Crocs Team up for a Party Animals-Inspired Collection

Clogs have seen a big time resurgence since the pandemic hit as many folks needed to resort to the comfiest of kicks during quarantine, and one of the most popular brands that sell them right now is Crocs. The footwear company has been killing it with its collaborations over the past year as it's rolled out collections with the likes of Justin Bieber, Bad Bunny and more, and now it's tapping artist Ron English for a Party Animals-inspired capsule.

"If you want a great life, wear comfortable shoes", English tells HYPEBEAST, essentially confirming that this partnership with Crocs was a match made in heaven.

Visually, the street artist injects his wild and vibrant design language into Crocs' classic Clog, the Slip On sandals and the platform clogs. Three Classic Clogs are lined up, two of which come prepared with zebra stripes while the third option is covered in a playful cheetah print with white backdrops. Slip On sandals are readied in both black and white palettes, the former being dripped in zebra patterns while the latter follows suit with teal cheetah graphics. Packaged with each of the kicks playful Jibbitz, each of which are translated to mimic his Party Animals art series. When speaking on component of the collaboration, English stated, "In total, we created 16 Jibbitz, but I only wanted the Crocs to come packaged with six so I can bring back that collector's mentality and have people enjoy the hunt of getting the others."

Peep a closer look at each iteration here above, and note that the men's and kids products are slated to drop on July 7 through Foot Locker exclusively. Prices will range from $35-65 USD.
