1. Apple rolled out iOS 15

2. Microsoft held its Fall 2021 event and rolled out a new Surface lineup

The event offered a major revamp of Microsoft's entire Surface lineup optimized for its upcoming Windows 11 operating system update. The range is designed with adaptability and functionality in mind.

3. New data reveals the countries with the fastest internet speeds

Earlier this month, web analytics service Speedtest by Ookla released their annual roundup of global internet speeds, noting improvements to both mobile and fixed broadband speeds around the world. Countries with the fastest internet speeds have remained relatively consistent over the last three years.

4. Nike reported its Q1 2022 results

The company noted Q1 revenues of $12.2 billion USD and diluted earnings per share for the quarter of $1.16 USD. However, it also cut its sales expectations and placed blame on delays due to ongoing supply chain disruptions.

5. NASA's Artemis Rover will explore the dark side of the moon in 2023

NASA‘s first mobile robotic mission on the moon has been planned for 2023.  Named VIPER, it will be sent to the moon's Nobile Crater in 2023 with the task of discovering resources and mapping where water exists.

1. Robinhood will begin testing crypto wallets

Starting next month, the new Robinhood crypto wallets will allow users to easily move supported cryptocurrencies to and from other wallets. Security features include multi-factor authentication, and email/phone verification to keep the coins free from threats.

2. Bitcoin fell by more than $2,000 USD after China cracked down

China’s central bank announced that all transactions of cryptocurrencies are now illegal financial activities in the country. It claimed that cryptocurrency-related business “seriously endangers the safety of people’s assets."

3. Twitter rolls out Bitcoin tipping

Twitter announced the rollout of its Tips feature and said it would soon enable Bitcoin tipping. In addition, the company said it plans to allow users to connect to their crypto wallets and verify NFT ownership.

4. Tiger Woods released several signed NFTs

The Tiger Woods NFT collection – designed with assistance from Tiger himself – will allow sports enthusiasts to bid on a selection of autographed digital memorabilia. This sequence of Woods’ signed collections is the latest addition to the Preseason Access Collection by Autograph.
