Taking mustard to new heights, iconic whole-grain mustard and Dijon mustard brand Grey Poupon has crafted the first-ever white wine infused with mustard seeds.
Dubbed "La Moutarde Vin," the full-bodied viognier 2020 wine features notes from mustard seeds actually used to make Grey Poupon mustard. Inspired by its French heritage, the wine features bright hints of spice and pronounced citrus and floral characteristics, and balanced vibrant acidity. La Moutarde Vin was crafted as an ode to Grey Poupon classic Dijon mustard's utilization of white wine, rather than the usual vinegar, to add richness and dynamic flavor.
Grey Poupon's La Moutarde Vin is available now on GreyPouponWine.com and on the wine menu at classic French bistro, Mon Ami Gabi in Chicago for a limited time only.
