The Weeknd has enlisted Ariana Grande for another remix of his After Hours cut, "Save Your Tears."
Clocking in at just over three minutes, the remix hears the XO Records head stick with his original chorus and verse before Grande swoops in with her own verse and takes over the lines, "Boy, take me back 'cause I wanna stay / Save your tears for another / I realize that I'm much too late / And you deserve someone better / Save your tears for another day." The pair also shared an animated music video for the track, which shows Abel in his After Hours outfit creating a robot that looks like Grande.
This remix serves as a reunion for the two collaborators who have linked up twice in the past seven years. The Weeknd and Grande first partnered up in 2014 for "Love Me Harder," a track from Grande's sophomore effort My Everything, then more recently in October 2020 for her positions cut "off the table." The Weeknd teased the remix on Twitter just earlier in the week, sharing an eight-second video of his and Grande's isolated vocals singing the track's chorus.
