Nike Molds New Air Force 1 Boot Crater in a "Dark Smoke Gray" Colorway

Nike continues to build on its boot collection as it unveils a new Air Force 1 Boot Crater equipped with the brand's Grind rubber in pursuit of its "Move to Zero" efforts to lessen the global environmental impact by reducing waste headed to the landfills. The sportswear giant recently debuted the silhouette equipped with Cordura fabric in a predominantly black shape up.

This latest installment opts for the ever-popular work in progress treatment with supple smokey gray leather uppers building the forefront of the shoe along with mesh quarters while a darker shaded leather caps the ankle and heel region showcasing light gray stitches embellishing the upper eyestays and tail of the main lateral Swoosh outlined in the same thread. Pull tabs are found on both the tongue and ankle while a recycled inner sockliner resembles that of fleece. The Grind rubber is more evident in this design as it lines around the heel and makes up the mudguard in a gray over a colorful midsole that sits atop a black traction rubber outsole.

Look out for the Nike Air Force 1 Boot Crater "Dark Smoke Grey" to release in the coming weeks at select retailers and Nike's website for $180 USD.
