After taking a look at Louis Vuitton's custom Vanity Mahjong Set, we now head to the world of skateboarding with the Louis Vuitton Hard-Sided Skateboard Trunk.
As one of the subcultures Virgil Abloh has been consistently trying to adopt into his work over at the French fashion house -- merging street with luxury -- the Skateboard Trunk is one of the many elevated takes on the sport. This release sees a full skateboard trunk that's been treated to the rainbow-color Watercolor Monogram and has been constructed with details from LV's signature trunks -- rivets, buckles, and leather trim.
Details include blue cowhide-leather lining, white leather trim, a leather top handle, palladium-color hardware, curved construction, an adjustable and removable leather shoulder strap, front lock, and three internal compartments. This case also comes with the complete $2,700 USD rainbow-color Watercolor Monogram skateboard setup as well.
