There's so much to look forward to when it comes to multi-platinum rapper Travis Scott. He has his annual Astroworld Festival coming up at the beginning of November 2021, is expected to release a collection of Air Max 1s with Nike and has a collaborative collection with Dior that's expected to launch in the Summer of 2022. The latter was previewed on the runway at Paris Fashion Week earlier this Summer, and now it's resurfaced on the H-Town artist himself in AnOther Magazine's newest issue and interview.
In the very dark and moody shoot that was documented by Joshua Woods, Scott is seen here rocking multiple pieces from the collection that he and creative director Kim Jones cooked up. Modeled on Scott are pieces such as the wool satin trousers, wool coat with Cactus Jack print, a crystal Cactus Jack belt, nubuck leather trainers, Cactus Jack jacquard cashmere sleeveless jumper, silk and satin blazer with Cactus Jack embroidery and more. In the interview, Scott and Jones discuss what it was like working on the collection together. “He is such an inspiration. I was a fan even when I was in college, so it’s crazy to be working with him", Scott says when reflecting on designing alongside Jones. "Going to the atelier and watching things being sewn and made by hand, it was insane.”
