Bodega Embraces Seasonal Nostalgia for FW21

Looking to capture the transitory feelings of autumn, Boston-based retailer and label, Bodega, has revealed a range of easy-to-wear silhouettes dressed in season-specific fabrics and Earth tones for FW21.

"A time of change and transition first seen in the turning leaves and felt in the dwindling temperatures, our emotional attachment to autumn is further accentuated through the nostalgia and sentimental musings over some of our most profound personal experiences. Whether it’s moving away for college, starting a new semester, or reliving old glory days on the field, many of our most drastic and historic changes can be linked back to autumn," mused Bodega in its blog. "The most poignant of seasons, fall is at once an appreciation for the past, an assessment of the now and the wonder of what will be."

Built to be suitable for the city or for outdoor exploration, the newly introduced pieces are equally fashionable and functional. Teased in the collection are collaborative sneakers, hats and a foldable chair with New Balance, a camping chair and table with Helinox, a sling bag/camera strap with DSPTCH, and co-branded workwear and headwear with Carhartt.

The brand's personal pieces include plaid flannels with stitching details, quilted vests, wool socks, high and low-top trail shoes and an array of tees and hoodies combining retro-style graphics with contemporary cutting. To round out the collection, headwear pieces rework common staples which include flannel Boston Red Sox caps, plaid beanies, maroon balaclavas, and corduroy caps.

Bodega's FW21 Drop 1 is set to arrive at Bodega's online and offline stores on October 29 at 12 p.m. EDT, and Drop 2 release information has yet to be announced. Stay tuned to the Bodega Instagram found below for additional updates.
