21 Savage and Metro Boomin Could Be Working on a New Collab

Savage Mode collaborators 21 Savage and Metro Boomin could be cooking up a new project.

Taking to Twitter to tease fans, Boomin first responded with an affirmative GIF to 21's tweet that read, "I wanna drop an album so bad I just need the music." The rapper then alluded to the producer's recent appearance on the Million Dollaz Worth of Game podcast, where he created a beat live, and wrote, "I see you making beats on podcasts can you send me some?" before Boomin replied, “Let’s run thru a quick 20 then."

21 and Metro Boomin's latest full-length joint project, Savage Mode II, is widely considered as the pair's best album to date and was named one of HYPEBEAST's Best Albums of 2020. The 15-track project featured narration from Morgan Freeman and appearances from Drake, Young Thug and Young Nudy and went on to debut at No. 1.

Elsewhere in music, the new owners of Wu-Tang Clan's Once Upon a Time in Shaolin have revealed their identities.
