Emerging Japanese imprint Purple Stain Shop has teamed up with local retailer NUBIAN on an expansive pop-up highlighting creativity. Delivering the "Collective Power" capsule, the special release features a cast of emerging creatives offering an approach to artful contemporary street-leaning fashion.
Leading the special range celebrating signature designs, Purple Stain Shop collaborated with Mr. Can't of CANT CLOTHING on a series of trucker caps referencing an intersection between two uniquely American brands. The focus on headwear continues on the truckers prepared by artist Yuki Oshimi with a Super Mario Bros. motif accented by elements repurposed from Pokémon stuffed figures.
Finally, standout Japanese artist Yosuke Kubota created his signature tailed creature with panels marked with Purple Stain Shop and CANT CLOTHING for an overbranded expression of art.
Purple Stain Shop's "Collective Power" capsule will be available at the NUBIAN URAHARA POP-UP SPACE September 18-20.
