Las Vegas’ Truffles N Bacon Cafe Stacks up a Massive Mac ‘N Cheese Patty Burger

Truffles N Bacon Cafe in Las Vegas has concocted its own crazy burger that boasts a massive slab of baked mac 'n cheese. The cafe opened its doors in 2014 by chef Jackie Lim and Magnolia Magat who have a knack for creating bold and unconventional dishes inspired by their regular customers.

Sandwiched between two fluffy buns is a half pound Angus beef patty, bacon jam, Sriracha mayo and an enormous brick of baked mac 'n cheese that's both crusty on the outside and oozing on the inside. The cafe doesn't just have one ginormous burger but offers two other unique variations that are just as interesting as the Mac 'N Cheese Patty Burger.

Entitled the Hot Beast, the burger packs on an Angus patty with tater tots, pork belly, serrano pepper, melted cheese and hot Cheetos. To top off the already stuffed offering is Korean mayo, BBQ sauce, ranch and a sunny-side-up egg. Although currently off the menu due to the coronavirus pandemic, a monstrous burger that could feed up to 8 people is usually up for grabs. The Belly of the Beast burger weighs ten and a half pounds with four sunny-side-up eggs.

Those interested in taking on the beast of a burger can head over to the Truffles N Bacon Cafe in Sin City.

In case you missed it, Michelin-starred chef Dominique Crenn has joined Shake Shack for a limited-edition grilled cheese.
