JAY-Z has found himself on arguably two of the most anticipated album releases of the year, having been featured on Kanye West's DONDA and Drake's Certified Lover Boy. Riding off of this high, fellow rapper Chief Keef seems to think it is time for Hov to release an album of his own.
Keef takes to Twitter to write, "Somebody tell JayZ drop a Album n put me on dat mf," seemingly asking to be featured or to be a collaborator on this project. However, what makes this interesting is the response it solicited from Lil Durk. Lil Durk responded to the Tweet with two simple words, "I am." It is unsure if he means he is dropping an album or if he is dropping a hint that he is featured on possibly the next JAY-Z album.
Jay has not indicated that he is working on a new album. 4:44 was his last solo record and it was released in 2017. Though there is no confirmation as of yet, the past collaboration projects has at least demonstrated that Hov has been back in the studio. Check out the Tweet below.
