YouTube to Livestream Coachella 2022

YouTube and Coachella are partnering up once again to livestream the festival's 2022 return.

Fans who are unable to attend the festival in-person can catch the full performances from the two weekends via YouTube, although a schedule and the select sets that will be livestreamed were not revealed due to the absence of a lineup. In 2019 — the latest iteration of Coachella prior to the pandemic — YouTube picked 34 performances from Billie Eilish, Blood Orange, Childish Gambino, Mac DeMarco, Pusha T, the 1975, Weezer, Wiz Khalifa and YG to showcase across different channels, as well as became the festival’s official playlist partner which also granted YouTube Music and YouTube Premium U.S. subscribers exclusive early access to limited tickets.

Organizers recently announced that Coachella will take place over two weekends: April 15 to 17 and April 11 to 24 in Indio, California. It was not confirmed if any of 2020's supposed headliners — Frank Ocean, Rage Against the Machine and Travis Scott — will return to perform.
