Since the first iteration of Nike's Air Presto sneaker was launched at the Sydney Olympics Games back in 2000, the silhouette's construction has remained almost unchanged. Such is the success of its cozy and sock-like design, the Air Presto itself has been taken on a plethora of colorways in its time -- and for 2021 it's no different.
Arriving with a black upper and a "Green Strike" mid foot plastic cage, the Air Presto sits atop a clean white outsole that boasts the epochal Nike Swoosh at its centre. In-keeping with the OG, the sneaker also houses five dots on the outsole that signifies its part in Nike's Alpha Project, a program that focused on the brand's most progressive tech at the time.
The stretchy mesh upper and Nike Air cushioning underfoot ensures comfort is guaranteed, while the outsole grooves are designed to go with the motion of your feet for added support.
This Nike Air Presto is available to buy now from Nike Japan, retailing at ¥15,400 (approximately $140 USD).
