Breitling Reveals Premier Heritage Line of Vintage-Inspired Chronographs

Breitling CEO Georges Kern has revealed a trio of new heritage-inspired chronographs joining its Premier collection.

The Premier Heritage line-up includes a chronograph, the split-second or rattrapante Duograph and the full calendar chronograph, Datora.

While each model has its own speciality, the collection shares 100m water resistance and COSC-rated movements as well as applied Arabic numeral hour markers, syringe hands, alligator straps  to complete the 1940s aesthetic.

The 40mm Premier Heritage Chronograph uses the 4Hz handwound Calibre B09 column wheel movement and is offered in stainless steel with pistachio dial or 18k red gold with a silvered dial.

The split-second Premier Heritage Duograph also opts for a handwound movement, this time Breitling's Calibre B15, housed in a larger 42mm case, 18k red gold with a black dial or stainless steel with a blue dial.

Breitling completes the line-up with the 42mm Datora, a traditionally configured full calendar (featuring Day, Date, Month and Moonphase) with chronograph using Breitling's in-house Calibre B25 automatic movement. Also offered in 18k red gold and stainless steel variants with silver and copper-toned dials respectively.

The Premier Heritage collection drops later this month and will be available via Breitling, with prices starting at $8,400 USD.
