Bentley Motors Announces Its First Luxury Residential Tower Set for Miami

Bentley Motors has just announced that it is building its first residential tower in Miami. In partnership with Dezer Development and designed by architectural firm Sieger Suarez Architects, the tower will be built with sustainability in mind. It will comply with the Florida Green Building Council (FLGC) certification, and as it is so close to the ocean, for ocean and bayside views, they will be using environmentally safe building materials and employ an energy-reducing design -- offsetting its footprint on the local ecosystem and wildlife.

Adrian Hallmark, CEO of Bentley Motors says, "The modern and progressive brand identity of Bentley Residences is at work in both the tower’s interior and exterior spaces, rooted in authenticity, sustainability and innovation. We’ve partnered with Dezer to create a living experience that expresses the very philosophy of the Bentley brand and stays true to our vision of inspiring extraordinary journeys."

The cylindrical tower stands close to 750 feet in height (over 60 stories) and will be the tallest residential tower on a U.S. beachfront. The "Bentley Residences" will house 200-plus luxury apartments, in-unit multi-car garages, a pool, outdoor shower, a gym, spa, cinema, a whisky bar, communal garden, and a restaurant and lounge.

Construction will begin in 2023 with an estimated completion year in 2026.
