Following weeks of teasing, fledgling South Korean label XLIM, founded by stylist extraordinaire Do Hee Kim, has now fully unveiled its inaugural collection.
Titled "EP.01," the Spring/Summer 2021 range is defined by striking detailing and a unique color study. Detailing found throughout garments follows a function informs form, and vice-versa, approach for an effortless result. While XLIM's approach to color and the absence of it allows silhouettes and design to shine in the forefront.
"EP.01" serves to launch the label's "Episoding" approach to fashion with an offering of full looks that express the ethos of XLIM. Standouts include the main zip-up jacket coming in washed red, blue and black, marked by pearl weave contrast panels, thick exposed stitching and dynamic cuts, along with the matching asymmetric design bottoms. Rounding up the collection are back graphic long-sleeve tees and custom-dyed low-profile caps.
Check out the lookbook above and look for the SS21 "EP.01" collection to release on XLIM's website March 22, 9 a.m. EDT.
